Cusi Pata means ‘Happy Place’ and comes from the Quechua language
of the Peruvian Andes.

The house is approximately 300 square meters of living space spread over three floors and including a private roof terrace. There are 3 reception rooms, 3 bedrooms (15m2, 13.5m2 and 12m2), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, study area, and five further reformed rooms on the bottom floor, easily adapted to provide an independent apartment.

The house is very secure with plenty of parking 20 meters from the house.
