Airport connections are good.  Alicante airport is one hour away and Valencia one hour and twenty minutes.  A new motorway is currently under construction which will reduce these times by at least twenty minutes.

Situated at approximately 2000 feet above sea level, the Tollos area enjoys a slightly more temperate climate than the coast.

The village enjoys its own pool during summer months.



The village is small, with no shops. However, the baker, butcher and vegetable man deliver several times a week. There are twice weekly visits from the doctor on which days the small pharmacy is also open. Gas is brought to the door.

The village is home to the Antiga Escola  restaurant which attracts visitors from across the region. The owner David and his wife Verity serve a variety of national and international dishes. ( See www.antiga-escola.com/.../Tollos.htm ).

The village has a bar next to the pool providing drinks and meals throughout the year. For those with children, there are two small play ground areas.
